Saturday

Two sessions are held on a saturday for Recreational Gymnastics which are grouped by aged.
Session 1
10:00 to 11:00 (ages 6½ and up) Places available
Session 2
11:00 to 12:00 (ages 3½ to 6½) Places available
In addition to the above a SQUAD only session operates between 9am-11am by invitation only
Competition

County and National Competions take place from time to time. Details will be posted here when available.
Regular competions are:
Womens Artistic 4 piece Competition held at the Olympos Burgess Hill in May each year.
In house compettition June
Invitational 2 Piece . Beam & Vault at Southbourne November.
Other county competitions throughout the year

Special Sessions
